Principal/Founder
Joseph R. Prestifilippo, Jr. founded Crimson Capital in 2004. JR is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Crimson Capital, the management of its existing portfolio, and the identification of new investment and development opportunities. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey and American Bar Association.

Dr. Joseph R. Prestifilippo, Sr.
Senior Advisor
Dr. Joseph R. Prestifilippo Sr. is a retired oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Throughout his professional career he became a successful residential and commercial developer. Over the course of the last 45 years, Doc has spearheaded successful real estate investments in all market cycles. Currently residing in Florida, Doc works as an adviser for Crimson Capital, bringing a wealth of experience to the in-house investment process.

Jack Sullivan
President
Jack has spearheaded deal origination, underwriting, portfolio reporting, and asset management since 2007. In addition, he oversees the design build process for in-house construction projects. His wealth of construction experience consistently enables the firm to deliver homes that are both cost effective and in line with current market trends. Jack holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Amanda Guzik
Account Administrator
Amanda is the liaison for our accounting firm and is responsible for all day-to-day bookkeeping and account management for our portfolio of assets.

Analyst
Will is responsible for loan/investment underwriting, market research, due diligence, and portfolio management support. Will holds a B.S. in finance from Georgetown University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University.

Construction Consultant
Dave is an independent construction and development consultant. Dave has been consulting with Crimson Capital since 2009. His expertise in site construction and various individual trades are valuable resources in assisting Crimson with development execution.

Jorge has been an invaluable in-house craftsman and operator for Crimson Capital since 2004. It is his refined skillset that enables Crimson to immediately address all construction needs in an efficient and timely manner.
